Local Engineering firm is seeking a Project Manager/Civil Engineer to work on water, wastewater and civil engineering design and construction support for public works projects throughout Nevada and Northern California. Qualifications + 4+ years working with Civil 3D + Previous experience cradle to grave Project Management experience + Experience with design, procurement, submittals, and proposals. + Experience working on projects in wastewater, treatment plans, pump stations, rural. + 5+ years of civil engineering experience. PE preferred but not required. + Experience in the planning, design and construction administration of public water and wastewater infrastructure projects + Management of contracts and interface with clients + Leading proposal efforts and conducting effective presentations to clients + Knowledge and understanding of the Reno-Tahoe-Northern Nevada area regulations + Experience with funding / USDA or SRF (state revolving funding) would be highly appreciated About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
