Civil Structural Engineer - W-2 Only
Start: ASAP
Location: Washington D.C. 20068 - work is ONSITE so candidates should be local
Contract Length: 12 months, likely to extend
Pay: $65.00 - $79.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Must Haves:
PE in Civil or Structural
10 to 15 years’ experience in engineering and electrical utility projects
STAAD experience
A Mid-level Engineer is a professional with several years of experience in the field of engineering. Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific engineering discipline, but generally include:
Leading and managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
Designing, developing, and testing products, systems, or structures.
Conducting research and analysis to solve complex engineering problems.
Preparing and reviewing engineering documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
Evaluating and selecting materials and equipment for projects.
Participating in project planning and management activities.
Performing calculations and simulations to support engineering designs.
Collaborating with other engineers, professionals, and stakeholders on project teams.
Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
Mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
Pay Details: $65.00 to $79.00 per hour
