Description

Serve as \"Subject Matter Expert\" related to Civil, Structural systems.Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate and project schedules.Provide internal review of CS system drawings from outside engineering firms to support system implementation.Ensure compliance with related local, state, national codes, facility operations.Shop drawing review, RFI processing and Kanban completion for ACS systems.Coordination of weekend and plant shutdown work with contractors, plant facilities groups, and manufacturing groups.Conduct work progress inspections on a continuous basis.Support construction administration activities related to schedule coordination, quality confirmations, weekly coordination meetings, and planned utility outages.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2+ years in construction management- Industrial/Commercial BuildingExperience in design criteria development for Civil Structural systems. Automotive experience with engine, transmission, or vehicle facilities or similar industrial manufacturer. 5+ years in Civil design field. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ProjectBluebeam, AutoCAD

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00
