As a Civil Team Lead, you will design and manage site plans including grading, storm water, roadway and utility layouts using Civil 3D. Our Team Lead will oversee the work of staff engineers, providing them with mentoring and guidance. Working with your Project Manager and other team members, you’ll grow your expertise across many disciplines. We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients both locally and nationally.
