Are you ready to lead and grow your career in civil construction? We’re seeking a Civil Trade Leading Hand to join our high-performing Construction and Maintenance Team in Brisbane. Play a vital role in maintaining and installing Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) electrical works across multiple projects.

About You MR Licence (essential) Minimum 3 years of industry experience in civil or construction projects Proven supervisory experience leading crews or multiple teams Hands-on experience in civil labouring (fixtures, fittings, footings) Knowledge of plant operation (highly regarded) Experience working with local councils or QLD TMR projects Skills in training apprentices, organising sub-contractors, and reviewing quality practices Commitment to safety and Zero Harm What We Offer Supportive team environment with a focus on collaboration Strong commitment to Zero Harm for employees and visitors Competitive pay with ongoing training and development opportunities Access to exclusive benefits and discounts via Perks@Downer How to Apply
