As a Sales Manager, you will manage & lead the Operational & Strategic aspects of Government Sales for CKSA. Retain & Grow Existing Customers portfolio, acquire new business revenue & market share in KSA, as well as handle accounts in the Govt sector that have been identified and agreed on with Country Manager.
You are responsible of providing Leadership for the Government sales team, managing their day-to-day activities & developing next generation talent pool.
By regularly managing all sales initiatives, you will be responsible to assure the company is meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential.

Operational and strategic
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team in KSA.Design and implement a strategic business plan that assures the retention and growth of the company’s existing customer base through cross selling and upselling to maximize the share of wallet.Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Gov. Sales employees.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales teamPresent sales, revenue and team performance reports along with clear action plans on regular basis.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusResponsible for sales forecasting and delivering committed forecasts to Country Manager.Establish, measure & monitor Sales, KPIs reporting regularlyEnsure compliance with regulatory laws and company policy through the sales teamMaintain active pipeline report through Salesforce, logging all activitiesResponsible for the care, retention & revenue growth of the existing CE Govt clientsCommunicate with clients/customers to understand their needs & explain product valueUses product knowledge to build trust, value & influence with the customer(s)Quotes prices & rates as needed to close the deal

Must have/be:
Degree level education, preferably in Commerce or EconomicsExperience of heading a Sales within a multi-national for at least 10 yearsRelevant experience in sales related B2B industryKnowledge of local regionPrevious proven experience of developing departmental & organizational strategies in line with the overall company objectivesProfessional appearance, attitude & communication style both internal and externalStrong communication & presentation skillsFamiliarity with MS Office, Email & InternetAble to work on own initiative & in a team environmentAbility to think of issues from all perspectives & act according to the best optionWillingness to make unpopular decisions when requiredA very high level of accuracy when dealing with figuresAbility to meet deadlines & flexibility to deal with changing requirementsStrategic & innovative thinking to influence & change ways of working to improve or grow business performance & maximize our margins, creating value and add solutionsKnowledge of KSA Government market is required.
