Claim Coordinator Responsibilities

Manage worker’s compensation claims across Canada, excluding Quebec. Manage claims from the onset of injury up to and including a return to full duties Submit all Employer Reports within the provincially legislated timeframes Maintain accurate records within the claims management software   Participate in monthly claims calls with the team to discuss the active claims Assist the Senior Advisor with Worker’s Compensation Appeals
Claim Coordinator Qualifications A track record for managing tight deadlines and competing priorities Functional knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, Sharepoint, and Teams; Technology savvy
