Job Responsibilities: 

Processing assigned work according to defined workflows and guidelines to deliver a quality product and internal customer service.  Ability to balance both quality and productivity expectations within a high-volume, transactional work environment to help meet business and customer service demands.  Ensure that all activities performed are documented completely and accurately.  Recognize, prioritize, and escalate priority requests according to established guidelines.  Create and maintain accurate productivity logs for the purpose of tracking department results.  Critical Communications with our business partners to meet customer requirements.  

Qualifications:  

Bachelor's Degree Graduate or  Completed at least 2 years in Bachelor's Degree (no back subjects) or Senior High school graduate  1-3 years’ experience of relevant customer service experience, BPO experience / Insurance experience is required
