About the role:

As a Claims Administrator I, you will perform document retrieval and ensure the hygiene of medical record files, billing documents, and claims workflow.

Who you are:

Perform incoming claim review and document hygiene by assigning appropriate statuses, reviewing and organizing data, and routing completed files to appropriate auditors. Collaborate with internal teams to manage the import queue, assign statuses, perform balance reconciliation, compare charges to appropriate forms, identify and update errors, and route completed files to appropriate auditors. Manage the intake and output of files, handling communication regarding questions, discrepancies, and errors. Review data and identify trends from various documents and systems, communicating with internal and external teams; paying particular attention to status updates, claims routing, intake efficiency, claim status, inventory, and volume. Ensure appropriate volume levels, verify effective data transfer protocols, and monitor file-sharing avenues. Perform data entry of documents and other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

Preferred experience in medical record review with a demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to use multiple monitors and adapt to all company-specific software. Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team and drive change across functional and business boundaries.

 

The salary range below is for Base Salary.  Total compensation also includes benefits and variable compensation.  Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.Base Compensation$30,000—$65,000 USD
