Job Title: Claims Advisor
Location: Egypt
We will count on you to:
Receive and process reimbursement claims from clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Dispatch claims to insurance companies and follow up to ensure timely turnaround.Act as the primary point of contact for insurers, providing necessary feedback and updates on claims status.Escalate issues related to directly submitted claims and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any challenges.Maintain clear communication with clients and insurers to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Claims Advisor or in a similar role.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.What makes you stand out:
