Claims Analyst
The Claims Vendor Operations Analyst, working with minimal supervision, manages all communication channels with Claims vendors. This role serves as the main contact for vendor relations, acting as a liaison between the claims department and external vendors. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing vendor performance, generating vendor profile reports, administering the legal vendor database and legal-spend analytics tool, researching and resolving vendor issues, and handling other tasks as assigned by management. The analyst supports the claims organization in meeting department goals, including identifying opportunities to optimize spending and improve vendor performance.
