Your whole you.  Come join TMHCC!  Job Summary: Support our claims staff by timely and accurately entering claims and handling a variety of other administrative responsibilities in the Cyber & Professional Lines Group.   Work Schedule:  Hybrid – 3 to 2 days onsite  Key Responsibilities: Support claims staff by answering phones, taking and distributing messages, responding to claims in the box electronic system, and providing information to customers as needed.Type and distribute correspondence; enter relevant data into computer database; organize and maintain files.Assist in entering claims.Prepare payments for disbursement to customers per the instruction of claims examiners.Relay customers’ inquiries to examiners.Ensure claims are entered accurately and in a timely fashion.Prepare Loss Runs and other reports. Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:  High school diploma or the equivalentMinimum of two years of relevant and progressive professional experience in Cyber ClaimsStrong typing skillsAbility to use computer software and database applications related to claims servicesExcellent customer service and communication skillsSuperb written and verbal communication skillsGreat organizational and analytical skills Work Schedule:  Hybrid – 3 to 2 days onsite  California Residents Only For candidates working in person or remotely in the following location, the reasonable pay range for this specific position is $20.25 -$25.33 hourly in Encino, CA.   “The salary offered for this specific position is based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company.
