Claims Business Analyst

Description We are in search of a Claims Business Analyst to join our team located in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. The role involves supporting the successful execution of analytical, construction, testing, and deployment tasks for our software product's features. You will also actively engage with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to analyze and document business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to analyze, document, and clarify business requirements
• Contribute to design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions
• Facilitate communication and collaboration in refining and planning meetings
• Develop strong partnerships with business teams and other groups to enhance system functionality
• Deliver capabilities in accordance with our standards
• Maintain system processes through identification, design, documentation, and maintenance
• Provide feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results in a timely and meaningful way
• Participate actively in Agile methodologies and contribute to project planning
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements using our current technology stack
• Deep dive into requirements to ensure detailed acceptance criteria by working closely with business stakeholders. Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in Atlassian Jira.
• Experience in using CRM for client relationship management.
• Ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify improvements in business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word for documentation and report writing.
• Experience in AB Testing to improve system functionality.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for project management.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions within a claims environment.
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.
• Experience in Claim Administration, preferably in a similar industry. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
