Job summary

The Content Management team is evolving enterprise content capabilities and establishing a content strategy that enables the business to meet the needs of customers and patients by customizing information with speed.

Focusing on improving customer experience by establishing content capabilities focused on need, relevancy, timeliness, and speed of information.

This role will focus on supporting the setup, maintenance, and management of a global centralized library of core claims to support the creation of content and the submission of materials for Medical, Legal and Regulatory review and approval.

 Key Responsibilities

Assist with setup of centralized core claims library, collaborating with markets/brands on initial setup of references and claims within the review and approval system library Support with setting project plan with milestones and timelines for Claims library set up Support enablement of  VV advanced features supporting Claims Library Onboard with claims training: Provide reviewers, marketers, and agencies with a clear understanding of claims definitions and the associated regulations. Coordinates initial ingestion and setup of core claims and linking to references in the centralized library Provides medical expertise to support a capability standard and implement an operating model across markets in support of the centralized content management strategy Provide guidance to agency partners on proper submission of references and linking to claims Support with claims reporting and measurement

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

4 year bachelor’s degree, or other degree in Life Sciences. Library Science degree preferred. Scientific background, familiarity with different medical reference types, and medical terminology. 1-2 years experience managing reference/core claims library with deep expertise in content review and approval. Experience managing and maintaining a global library of references and core claims preferably within Veeva PromoMats. Candidate should possess skills within content management capabilities with deep understanding of pharmaceutical referencing and core claims. Proficient in understanding creative assets files and linking medical references to claims structure. Proficient in understanding and maintaining metadata/taxonomy schemes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability working with other teams to build relationships and alignment. Excellent planning, prioritization, management, and organizational skills. Ability to influence and manage agencies and partners Proficiency in English. Position will be 100% in english
