The Claims Customer Service Representative to assist the Claims Department with processing claims and other administrative duties. This is an excellent entry level role to the insurance business and in the Claims area.

What You'll Do Process FSA and HRA claims.Takes in claims from customers and follows up on claims through conclusion.Assist with enrollment entry in the processing system.Documents all activity and telephone conversations in systems.Provides assistance by answering claims processing questions.Assisst with data entry.Other duties as assigned.
