We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead our SAP Investment Safeguarding team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in a large corporate, or regulated industry, and a proven track record of managing large teams in different geographies.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise in claims management and exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards achieving organisational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of claims professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Set clear objectives, monitor team performance against targets and manage underperformance. Claims Management Oversee the end-to-end claims process related to SAP’s investments in our ecosystem. Ensure all claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with program requirements. Develop and implement strategies to minimise audit failures; proactively detect red flags and dramatically improve focus on our risk areas. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including partners, auditors, financial, and compliance professionals. Communicate complex claims issues effectively to non-technical audiences. Excellent skills at managing escalations from both within the company and from partners. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to implement improvements.

Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into the claims management process.
