Claims Manager I

This position has a hybrid or 100% remote work schedule. Responsibilities Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Able to adapt broader policies & programs on an individual and team basis. Decisions normally have minimal impact on functional areas. Incumbent typically has latitude to consider whether new procedures need to be developed. Builds productive working relationships with peers and higher level professionals internally and externally to exchange information and make recommendations as well as role modeling. Uses knowledge to provide consultative advice and recommendations within specific functional areas Requirements Must be able to adapt broader policies & programs on an individual and team basis. Possesses advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and abilities Decisions require the application of discretion and independent judgment to determine appropriate action. While balancing Client, customer, and colleague needs. Requires the ability to work independently with general instruction and the ability to prioritize and organize work. Experience managing, providing support, leadership, and training to others. Typically possess business experience with intermediate knowledge of functional areas. Holds appropriate state licenses to perform duties. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $73,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
