Multiple 12-month fixed term contracts, with full time hours and potential opportunity to extend. 

Remote and/or flexible working arrangements out of any of our main offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Newcastle, Parramatta & Perth

Training will be provided to help you manage the claims process end to end. You’ll be able to work flexibly from any of our main offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Newcastle, Parramatta or Perth.

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in claims (or related field), who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping others.

About the role:

Be the first point of contact for customers, agents and brokers dealing with the fallout from recent weather damage.

Deliver efficient service, providing customers and brokers with clear actionable solutions.

Manage property claims in a call center environment, following procedures while providing an empathetic approach

Build strong, reliable relationships with customers and key stakeholders to keep the claims process moving.

About you:

Strong background in property claims management (ideally).

Empathetic and customer-focused, with the ability to support customers through stressful situations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure.

Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders, including customers, brokers, agents and internal teams.

Attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of claims.
