Claims Partnership Manager

 

This role will bring a broad understanding of claim handling processes coupled with a passion for process improvement, aimed at solving our customers' most pressing problems.  You will work directly with potential partners and internal departments to build out a strategic suite of services to drive innovative solutions within the insurance industry.

Your understanding of the claims process and P&C business challenges will guide you as you identify and onboard ecosystem solutions and partners within the Verisk Ecosystem.

 

•    Understanding of Insurance Claims departments, processes, and systems as well as technology and data solution providers. Casualty or Medical experience is preferred
•    Demonstrable experience setting strategy, defining roadmaps, and executing on goals.
•    Proven self-motivator who is driven to meet team and department goals through management and execution of simultaneous tasks.
•    Ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders. 
•    Quick learner, and strategic thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
•    High level of comfort presenting to small and large stakeholder audiences
•    Excited about improving customer experiences and enhancing claims processes

•    Engage and vet the right ecosystem solutions, service solutions, and Insurtech partners to be part of the marketplace panel. 
•    Independently define and manage several partner relations, setting expectations with stakeholders and potential partners
•    Proactively research and understand the latest claim processing and anti-fraud trends impacting customers.
•    Develop and manage a pipeline of potential partners, while gaining an understanding of their solutions and business models
•    Determine potential revenue streams through data informed decisions and strategic analysis
•    Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment during partnership vetting – including, but not limited to marketing, sales, finance, and legal.
•    Forge relationships with execution teams within Verisk businesses (i.e. Casualty, Property and Underwriting) and outside solution providers to develop strategy and execute on integration opportunities.
