This role requires a basic understanding of claims adjudication to contribute effectively to a leading vision care provider. Responsibilities:Efficiently and accurately process standard claims and adjustments.Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators for production, cycle time, and quality.Participate in non-complex claims projects or initiatives as needed.Understand and implement processing changes from new plans and benefit designs.Provide excellent customer service and communication with key stakeholders, including Account Managers, Operations, Information Systems, and leadership.Collaborate with supervisors to meet performance standards and develop improvement plans if needed. Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.1 year of claims processing or data entry experience.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.Understanding of third-party benefits and administration.Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure. Your New Organization:Join a global leader in vision care that values innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
