About the role

We’re looking for a Claims Representative, Road to join our growing team!

Locations: Montréal, Laval, St-Hyacinthe or Québec City (Québec)

What you'll do here: 

Analyze the information gathered, determine liability, and review assessment of the damages.Check details of the Insured's policy to determine coverage.Interview the insured and/or witnesses to collect their statements of events to settle claims within your given authority level.Provide quality service to external or internal customers.Answer queries relating to investigations and the claims process.Ensure timely follow up with customers on the status of their claim.

What you bring to the table:

Minimum of high school diploma.Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Telephone Adjuster, Commercial Adjuster, Total Loss Expert or similar position.Strong understanding of the claims process.Ability to handle highly complex auto claims.Sustain a high level of performance and productivity.
