Primary Responsibilities:
Provide expertise or general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims Analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soThis is a challenging role that takes an ability to thoroughly review, analyze and research complex health care claims in order to identify discrepancies, verify pricing, confirm prior authorizations and process them for payment. You'll need to be comfortable navigating across various computer systems to locate critical information. Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy, which will impact the timely processing of the member's claim.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation Mandator Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applicationsPreferred Qualifications:
