How you'll make an impact As a Claims Representative Trainee, you will do significant work in partnership with our clients. You can take responsibility to make better decisions, earlier in the life of every claim. You can collaborate with others to deliver the right resources, at the right time and in the right place. You'll use outstanding analytical and reporting tools. Your ability to think critically, solve problems, plan and coordinate activities, serve clients, negotiate, effectively communicate and embrace new challenges will drive your success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn investigation, evaluation, processing, disposition and settlement of claims. Collaborate with and acquires information from, claimants, clients, vendors and other resources. Conduct limited investigations, appropriately documents information, evaluate losses and recommend appropriate settlement to conclude claims. Analyze and evaluate various coverages, exposures, injury and damage issues. Maintain effective and ongoing communication with various internal and external contacts. About You REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma DESIRED: 3+ years of customer service and office experience Property and Casualty Insurance experience Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Able to multi-task, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner to adhere to process requirements Solid verbal and written communications skills Exceptional dedication to customer service #LI-SW2 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
