Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Our Claims Service Examiners will answer all department inbound claims calls including, but not limited to, cargo, work injury, accidents, safety etc. Gather and document available pertinent information to initiate/create a claim. Work with relevant internal and external contacts to respond to various aspects of the claim while adhering to appropriate claims handling procedures to assist in minimizing cost and exposure of claims liability. Incumbents have assigning outside vendor authority up to $2,500 for services.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
Pay Range: $18 - $25 Hourly, depending on experience.
