Claims Specialists

Adecco is seeking for **Claims Specialists** to support one of our clients in the legal field. This is a **remote position** , Mon-Fri **$21/h** . We have excellent benefits and an awesome work environment!
The Claims Specialist works on the full range of claims and correspondence to ensure the satisfaction of the goals and priorities of the team. The Claims Specialist also does their part to meet expectations of internal and external clients with respect to claim handling and Service Level Agreements.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Follows written procedures and scripts.
- Uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed.
- Communicates immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work.
- Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity.
- Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
- Data entry and verification.
**Qualifications:**
At least 2 years or more of experience as Claims Analyst or Senior Claims Analyst with expertise in processing **complex claims** and making approval/denials decisions.
You **MUST** be computer literate (power on/login/navigation around Windows and web browsers) and know the basics about Teams, Excel, Word, and/or Excel.
Solid working knowledge of claims practices.
Some experience with Crypto Currency work.
Working with multiple accounts.
GED or High School Diploma.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong written English language skills.
Ability to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time.
Demonstrated skill in analyzing data.
**Pay Details:** $21.00 per week
