The Opportunity:
Handling Liability claims within general- and products liability, and Professional Indemnity), where you’ll apply legal principles and collaborate with legal counselHandling first notifications of loss from insureds and assisting with initial claims assessmentsEngaging in discussions on insurance-related legal issues with Underwriters and other stakeholders, offering insights into how law shapes business decisionsCoordinating administrative admin tasks such as documentation requests to claimants, insureds and brokers, sending docs to legal counsel, files to suppliers etc. Handling and registration of Multinational Claims including payments / deductible collections.Loss runs / Claim stats – prep for renewal meetings & client/broker meetings for our UnderwritersYour qualities:
Studying at the second or third year of a relevant bachelor (e.g. HA Jur. from CBS or jura from University of Copenhagen).An analytical mindset and a keen interest in legal mattersA willingness to obtain new skills and especially a strong desire to develop your knowledge in legislation, case law, and legal frameworks within insuranceGood command of English and preferable understanding of one Scandinavian languageKnowledge of MS Office and Affinity for IT systems and processesAdaptable in a sometimes fast paced environmentHigh degree of reliability and quick comprehensionWe offer you:
