What the day will look like Manage assigned claims from loss notification up to settlement in accordance with Aon’s best practice and claims standard process. Closely coordinate with the client, insurance companies and assigned loss adjuster to ensure that claims will progress within the reasonable timeframe, and client received fair settlement on claims. Respond to Client’s queries within 48 hours upon receipt of the client’s queries. Review Insurance policies and identify applicable provisions and associated risks that may apply to the claim. Review claims documents and come-up with an initial assessment/comment before releasing to the adjuster. Provide regular claims update to the client and Account Management Team Manage ageing claims. Updating of recorded claims in the claims system (Claims Resolution Platform) regularly. Attend claims surveys and meetings. Provide support to the Manager on claims queries, resolution, issues, claims presentations, and meetings. Help manage the team's workload and assist the team members on escalated claims. Identify and Prepare claims success story and register in the claims success story library.
