The Adventure Ahead for the Javelina Systems Analyst

Program new plan benefit structures, using completed plan building worksheets to dictate structure.Test plans fully prior to deployment; complete a testing checklist.Maintain existing plans, whether through user report issues or plan auditing.Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.Perform daily, weekly, and month-end operational procedures as assigned.Diagnose and resolve EDI-related issues, including data discrepancies, transaction failures, and integration problems.Execute assigned project tasks within an established schedule.Document procedures and operation methods.Recommend improved procedures to maximize operational efficiency.Participate in professional user groups, organizations, training, conferences.

Skills and Experience Needed:

Bachelors degree in Business, or a related field, or the equivalent education and /or experienceMinimum of Two years of proven experience as an EDI Administrator, EDI Analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of EDI concepts and technologiesHands-on experience with EDI tools and software, such as Javelina or similar platforms; Experience with EDI standards, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XMLProficiency in EDI mapping, scripting, and data transformationFamiliarity with database management, SQL, and ERP systems
