Claims Trainee

Role Purpose:

The claims trainee role is an essential part of the CE claims hub team, responsible for assisting with claim admin tasks for other European clusters. As a claims trainee, you will provide various administrative services to our customers to support them throughout the claims process. This is an excellent entry-level position in commercial claims and offers opportunities for growth and development. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you become a skilled claims processor and a valuable member of the Madrid hub team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the timely delivery of claims administrative tasks, working closely with the hub team leader and Claims Processors. Ensure data quality and integrity by accurately entering claims data and maintaining documentation in relevant systems. Adhere to the best practices outlined in the Madrid Hub 'Playbook' and EMEA claims processes and protocols. Continuously develop technical and claims administration skills on-the-job training. Deliver high-quality service for various claim administration tasks and standard settlements.

Key Requirements:

Advanced level in English (C1) is a must.Native/bilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, German, or Italian is required.Bachelor’s degree in law is preferred.Basic knowledge of commercial insurance is preferred.Strong organizational skills and ability to work within time constraints.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience of working independently or as part of a team, with self-motivation.
