Claims Video Support Associate
**This position is a support role for the Risk Management team. The main duty of the Claims Video Support** **Associate** **is to identify, save and secure video.** **This role will regularly interact with our third-party claims administrator to receive video capture requests.** **Principal Duties and Responsibilities** **Accessing camera systems** **Downloading video** **Uploading video to shared site for claims team** **Maintain report/database of all requests and pulled video** **Managing multiple email boxes** **Administrative duties, such as filing, sorting, etc.** **Special projects and other duties as assigned by Manager of Litigated Liability Claims** **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications** **Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel** **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** **Excellent customer service skills** **Must be very organized with strong multi-tasking skills** **Strong attention to detail** **Self-starter; ability to work alone** **Must understand and be able to maintain confidentiality** **High level of dependability**
