We are searching for experienced roll clamp and fork truck operators for our fast-paced roles at our Devens paper & packaging plant. Learn our safety, quality and production culture then take advantage of our tuition reimbursement to attend college or trade school. Experienced truck operators are highly valued. If you have some experience we will invest in training if you have work ethic and a desire to learn our WestRock way. Roll clamp experience is highly valued.

What you need to succeed:

Experience on fork or clamp trucksAbility to work weekends to meet our customer’s needsAbility to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.If you meet 3 or more of these, we encourage you to apply.
