Collaborate with teams to manage and enhance reporting that illustrates what projects are not adhering to the current Clarity standards Review projects with missing required information and work with various teams to move projects to 100% complete in the system of records Validate projects are appropriately identified in the governance approval process and with the correct project designations Review resources that are missing time, booked more or less than standard hours, report to leadership timesheet standing, and work with portfolio teams to correct time Report project financials based on governance approved time and costs compared to resource allocations and actuals charged  Report CAPEX and OPEX Actuals compared to plan and escalate and follow up as needed Escalate projects that are starting to run hot and work with portfolio teams to come back to governance (Early Warning Signal)  Streamline reporting packaging and advice on new standards and reports to implement
