We put our drivers first and we work together by listening, removing barriers, and providing ongoing coaching and support. We are looking for a professional driver whose experience and attitude aligns with our company’s number one value – Safety! The successful candidate will be trained on the operation of all systems within our district (Front load/Roll off/Side load and Crane truck) to cover wherever needed. **Responsibilities and Duties** + Ensure safe operation of a truck, while driving, loading, and unloading. + Drive to customer locations for pickup, and position truck safely to ensure a safe lift. + Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service. + Resolve blocked access, if possible, (e.g., honk horn or call dispatcher/customer; take picture of vehicle blocking access, return for later pick-up). + Dump contents at designated recycling facility or landfill. + Review run sheet listing calls and identify any potential issues. + At beginning of shift, complete a thorough pre-trip inspection. + At end of shift, fuel truck and complete a thorough post-trip inspection. + Document any concerns to be checked by mechanic and complete VCR. **Requirements** + Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience with a clean abstract. + Roll-Off and/or Front-End Loader experience preferred. + Class 3 or higher driver’s license. + Excellent spatial skills to position vehicle and bins effectively and drive accident free. + Effective communication skills to convey information to dispatcher and customers. + Knowledge of the area is a strong asset. + Physically mobile: able to climb in and out of truck. + Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
