In this role, you will weld, layout and fit-up carbon steel and / or alloy steel based on construction drawingsWorkmanship must meet company standards for quality including radiographic repair rate for this roleFurther, you must follow Linde safety policies and procedures as outlined in the safety manualProductivity level must consistently equal the company’s established productivity requirements, as defined by work instructionsYou also will instruct and direct work of others, as requiredYou will maintain the 5- S program in the structure shop as well as the rest of the shop
