**Job Description:**
The incumbent works and coordinates directly with all levels of Intermountain Health aircraft maintenance & records personnel. The position is crucial in ensuring compliance by maintaining forms, files, registrations, subscriptions, records, and logs in accordance with DOT, FAA, Intermountain, and other governing body regulations. The incumbent will maintain respective documentation to ensure the FAA 133/135 certificate is in good standing with the FAA.
**Job Essentials**
+ Responsible for State and Federal aircraft registration.
+ Assist in coordinating and tracking information for Night Vision Goggle compliance program.
+ Assist in maintaining mechanic training, background and experience records.
+ Assist in maintaining mechanic tool calibration records. Maintains subscriptions for all aviation Maintenance Publications.
+ Responsible for auditing aircraft records, life limited components, overhauls, Airworthiness Directives, Alert Service Bulletins, etc. to ensure they meet the regulatory requirements as required.
+ Works directly with the maintenance department / mechanics to ensure maintenance records meet regulatory requirements.
+ Tracks and reports all aircraft and engine flight hours to the aircraft manufacturers as needed.
+ Responsible for daily auditing and corrections of aircraft maintenance and flight records in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration requirements. Assists in compiling information for month-end reports for all aircraft and engines.
+ Works with Intermountain maintenance tracking software (Veryon) to ensure digital records are correct and accurate
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5 years of relevant purchasing experience (preferred).
+ 2 years supply chain or aviation industry experience.
+ Experience in aviation industry purchasing and reconciling aircraft parts and service or other highly technical service area.
+ Must be able to understand and operate within or have experience with automated purchasing systems and have a working knowledge of ecommerce, FAX, mail, and phone systems for the placement of orders.
+ Experience with handling multiple priorities, deadlines, exercising tact, and problem solving.
+ Strong communications and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
+ Possess the ability to interface with clinical and technical experts, with attention to detail, sound decision making ability, and a diplomatic demeanor.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting or business from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
+ Knowledge of and experience in the aircraft arena for reconciling, auditing and maintaining aircraft records.
+ Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.

+ See and read computer monitors and documents.
+ Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
+ Raise or lower an object from one level to another.
+ Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to carry and distribute parts, equipment and supplies. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$21.98 - $33.48
