Classification and Compensation Analyst

**Overview:**
We are seeking a **Classification and Compensation Analyst** with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation analysis and classification systems, with a preference for candidates who have experience with **PeopleAdmin** or a background in **Higher Education** .
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct classification reviews and compensation analyses to ensure compliance with organizational policies and market standards.
+ Evaluate and classify positions based on job descriptions and organizational needs.
+ Collaborate with HR and management to create equitable and competitive compensation structures.
+ Utilize tools such as PeopleAdmin to manage classification and compensation processes efficiently.
+ Conduct market research and analysis to maintain competitive salary structures.
+ Provide recommendations for job reclassification, salary adjustments, and compensation policy updates.
+ Prepare reports and documentation to support classification and compensation decisions.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 2-3 years of experience in classification and compensation analysis.
+ Familiarity with PeopleAdmin and knowledge of Higher Education environments is highly desirable.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
**Additional Details:**
+ **Interviews:** Conducted in person.
+ **Start Date:** We are looking to onboard the selected candidate as soon as possible.
**Pay Details:** $31.00 per week
