Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support the F-35 Deployable Mission Rehearsal Trainer (DMRT) and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) UK/USN F-35 Mission Planning Environment, as well as other classified programs. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will ensure the security and integrity of our classified information systems, while promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

*Report to the Edwards AFB, California F-35 Classified Cybersecurity Manager and provide technical expertise in support of Special Access Programs (SAPs)
*Ensure classified Information Systems (IS) meet cybersecurity requirements and government directives, including the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) and the Defense Security Service (DSS) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM)
*Develop and maintain system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring of both networked and standalone classified systems
*Conduct system auditing, vulnerability risk assessments, and security testing to identify and mitigate potential security threats
*Implement and manage Assured File Transfers, hardware/software configuration management, media management, data integrity containments, and investigations on IA related security violations/incidents
*Provide cybersecurity education and training to system users on risk mitigation strategies and best practices
*Represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in Cyber Security requirements and collaborate with senior level internal/external customers to identify requirements and provide problem resolution
*Perform other associated duties as required, including support for the F-35 DMRT and ALIS UK/USN F-35 Mission Planning Environment

Requirements:

*Experience with classified information systems and cybersecurity requirements
*Knowledge of the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) and the Defense Security Service (DSS) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM)
*Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and system documentation for information system authorization and security management
*Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior level internal/external customers
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience in at least 1 of the following: Information Assurance, Media/Document Registration/Control, System Administration
-Possess a DoD 8140 IAM level 1 certification (i.e. Security + CE, Cloud+, CAP)
-Experience with Risk Managed Framework (RMF) or Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) \\ Experience in at least 1 of the following: Information Assurance, Media/Document Registration/Control, System Administration, eMASS,
-Possess a DoD 8570/8140 IAM level 1 certification (i.e. Security + CE, Cloud+, CAP)
Desired Skills:
-Experience as an Information System Security Manager/Officer (ISSM/O)
-Possess DoD 8140 IAM Level III certification
-Experience supporting Special Access Required (SAR) & Collateral security environments
-Familiar with STIG Viewer, SCAP, SPLUNK, Nessus Security Center, eMASS
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $105,000 - $201,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
