Description:You will be the Classified Cyber Security Associate ISSO for the MFC Classified Cybersecurity Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring classified information systems meet cybersecurity requirements and government directives, supporting Special Access Programs (SAP) in Orlando, FL.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Classified Cyber Security Associate ISSO, you will be responsible for managing COMSEC accounts, installing crypto keys, and troubleshooting COMSEC equipment, as well as performing classified cybersecurity roles to ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and JSIG requirements. You will work closely with program management, engineering staff, and security personnel to resolve technical security-related issues.

Your responsibilities will include:
•Managing COMSEC accounts and crypto key distribution
•Providing COMSEC support and oversight for secure voice and data links
•Developing and administering a COMSEC Training Program
•Performing classified cybersecurity roles, including RMF and JSIG compliance
•Coordinating with other security disciplines to ensure accredited classified computing assets
•Interfacing with cognizant security agencies, customers, and program personnel

Basic Qualifications:
Experience working with classified information systems. Ability to author security plans, maintain accreditations, ability to perform technical certifications for accredited systems.

Must possess and maintain 8570 requirements such as CISSP, Network+, or Security+ certifications or must be able to obtain within 180 days of start date.

This position requires applicants to have a final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years.

Candidates must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance upon employment. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin meet its business needs.
Desired Skills:
Experience with DAAPM, and JSIG authorization processes. Classified cyber security experience as an Information System Security Officer/Manager (ISSO/ISSM) and/or COMSEC experience.

Experience working with classified information systems.
• Previous experience working in an SAP / SCI/ Collateral environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers and senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment.
• Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security.
• Prior experience as ISSO, or DoD equivalent at an organization of similar size and complexity.
• Understanding of network concepts and Type 1 encryption devices, such as TACLANE.
• Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners.
• Knowledge of government / contractor network interconnectivity arrangements.
• Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
