The position

As our cLEAN® and Business Development Partner, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement, coaching leaders and employees in cLEAN® Leadership behaviors while identifying and implementing business development opportunities. By leveraging LEAN methodologies and data-driven insights, you will support process optimization and efficiency improvements that contribute to long-term organizational success. You will also drive our cLEAN® Supply System (cSS) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance, productivity, and innovation. Additionally, you will foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration, ensuring best practices are implemented to support our cross-organizational ambitions.

 

Other responsibilities will include:

Foster a culture of cLEAN® Leadership by coaching leaders, facilitating problem-solving, and showcasing successful projects to inspire engagement and efficiency. Train and develop the cLEAN® and business development skills of your colleagues to strengthen organizational capabilities. Identify, implement, and anchor best practices across the department, aligning with strategic growth initiatives. Build trust across all organizational levels, drive change management, and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve compliance, performance, and business objectives. Support the establishment and roll-out of local strategic initiatives, aligning LEAN principles with business development goals to drive sustainable improvements.

This position will be based at our site in Hillerød, Denmark.

 

Qualifications

On a personal level, you are a passionate Lean advocate with strong analytical, communication, and change management skills. You excel at building trust, identifying and scoping problem-solving areas, and delivering innovative solutions. You are independent but seek collaboration to achieve the most impactful results.

 

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:

Master's degree with relevant subject matter e.g. engineering, biotech, chemistry, pharmacy, or business management A minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement Proven track record in driving process improvements and executing cLEAN® transformations within production and quality control from the pharmaceutical industry Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and employees at all organizational levels while effectively teaching cLEAN® principles, systems, and tools Knowledge about and experience in manufacturing processes Have professional-level English-language written and oral communication skills

 

About the department

You will join a diverse department consisting of more than 80 colleagues divided into 6 teams with each their area of responsibility ranging from developing global frame specifications, methods and equipment as part of introducing new delivery solutions to the market to supporting production areas with expert knowledge and life-cycle management activities on marketed products. Our department is dedicated to continuously improving our processes to ensure quality of products and compliance in everything we do. We have a large network of stakeholders with whom we work closely together. Our functional area is known for its diversity and inclusive way of working, which fosters creativity, innovation, and a lot of collaboration.
