Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $17.15 - $18.97  to start.

Bonney Staffing has partnered with a local Dover, New Hampshire company who is looking to add multiple new employees to their expanding business! The Clean Room Assembler openings are made for those who love to stay busy and work on multiple tasks throughout the course of the day! You will be responsible for assisting with every aspect of the Manufacturing process, including: inventory control, assembly and inspection of products in a clean room environment, the set up and operation of several production machines and equipment, and packaging the products in preparation for shipment. This is a full time 1st shift position seeking employees who are looking for a long term career opportunity! Job Duties:

Responsible for managing the material, equipment, assembly and the quality of the products throughout the duration of the production process.  Prioritize your responsibilities for the day and set up your workstation and machines, including assisting with equipment and product changeovers.  Load equipment and ensure machines are operating efficiently and safely, and that each machine is calibrated to exact specifications.  Basic machine maintenance and cleaning, as well as the upkeep of machine maintenance records.  The complex assembly, bonding, and kitting of products based on customer specifications.  Inspect products for defects using quality inspection equipment and report any defects to the Quality Department.  Inventory projection to ensure the material needed to complete the project is readily available to meet deadlines.  Must adhere to all safety standards; including proper cleanliness of your work area and wearing the required safety PPE equipment.  Package the finalized products safely and securely.  Utilize ERP Systems to ensure the products are accurately labeled and ready for shipment.  Other duties as assigned



Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of related experience or technical training Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products Must know how to utilize an ERP System Technically inclined with a strong analytical mindset Possess strong prioritization and time management skills in order to meet deadlines. Organized, detailed, and able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend  intermediate to complex  documentation, correspondence, memos, production documents such as drawings, routings, labeling and instructions in English. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining the quality of the products.  Must be open to learning new skill sets. Must be able to lift 25lbs and be able to bend, stretch, twist, and lift throughout the duration of a shift.
