**Job Title: Clean Room Assembler**
**Job Description**
This is a cross-trained position involving assembly, packaging, labeling, and kit packing. The role entails working in a clean room environment, assembling containers used for surgical instruments. Candidates do not need prior clean room experience but should understand the requirements of gowning up and maintaining a no make-up environment. Good command of spoken and written English is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble medical devices, specifically containers for surgical instruments.
+ Work off blueprints and work orders.
+ Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, nuts, bolts, and lock tights to secure screws and assembly fixtures.
+ Gather parts from the warehouse and set up the work station daily using a traveler.
+ Assist in the shipping department as needed.
+ Box, label, and package final products and test tubes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and follow work directions.
+ Experience with hand tools and medical device assembly.
+ Hand dexterity and the ability to work at high production speeds.
+ Microscope usage and inspection skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Preferably 6 months or more of manufacturing or assembly experience, or a sharp entry-level candidate.
