Job Title: Clean Room Assembler

Job Description

We are looking for a Clean Room Assembler to join our growing team. This is a cross-trained position involving assembly, packaging, labeling, and kit packing. The successful candidate will work in a clean room environment and assist with medical device assembly, specifically assembling containers used for surgical instruments. Proficiency in English is necessary for reading, writing, and communication.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble containers used for surgical instruments following blueprints and work orders.Utilize screwdrivers, nuts, bolts, and lock tights to secure screws and assembly fixtures.Gather parts from the warehouse and set up the workstation daily using a traveler.Assist in the shipping department when necessary.Box, label, and package final products and test tubes.Essential SkillsAbility to read and write work directions.Proficiency in using hand tools.Experience in assembly manufacturing, preferably 6 months or more, or a sharp entry-level candidate.Hand dexterity and ability to work at high production speeds.Experience with medical device assembly and inspection.Ability to follow work instructions.Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

Work Environment

Positions are performed in a clean room environment. Candidates must be comfortable sitting and standing for long periods of time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
