Clean Room Assembler
**Job Title: Clean Room Assembler** **Job Description** The Associate Production Operator will support manufacturing and distribution operations for class 2 and 3 medical device products. This position involves operating a machine that manufactures molded products at the initial stages of the process. Responsibilities include loading the machine with sets of molds, running the machine, pulling the molds out, and processing them for the next step. **Responsibilities** + Perform process steps in the manufacturing area, including molding, dipping, packaging, and assembly. + Complete work by following SOPs, detailed manufacturing procedures, and specification drawings. + Document and record work performed on work order documentation following Good Documentation Practices. + Prepare, maintain, and record traceability of raw materials used. + Remove parts using small hand tools, fixtures, and compressed air. + Manufacture and inspect products using a microscope. + Operate various equipment, including test stations, ovens, coating machines, heat sealers, dipping stations, and presses. + Resolve routine questions and problems and refer more complex issues to area Leads. + Serve as a resource to others in resolving complex problems and issues. + Handle chemicals per established EHS requirements. + Conform with the company's Code of Conduct and all local Compliance Standards. + Adhere to the company's Quality and Environmental Health and Safety Policy. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 1 - 2 years of medical manufacturing experience, particularly in operating machines in a clean room environment. + Strong communication skills. + At least 6 months of experience in microscope assembly. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs. + Experience working with small parts. + Ability to lift 25-35 lbs to set molds into the machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand dexterity. + Machine operation skills. **Why Work Here?** Great career pathing with opportunities for raises and steps to higher-level roles with more pay.
