**Job Title: Clean Room Associate**
**Job Description**
As a Clean Room Associate, you will assist machine operators in the clean room while undergoing training. Your role includes performing quality inspections every 30 minutes and taking notes, as well as cleaning machines as needed. The training period to become a machine operator typically lasts 4-6 months.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist machine operators in the clean room during training.
+ Conduct quality inspections every 30 minutes and take detailed notes.
+ Clean machines as needed.
+ Participate in a training program to become a machine operator within 4-6 months.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical aptitude, including hand power tool experience and auto-mechanical experience.
+ Ability to read and understand English.
+ General production skills.
+ Quality control and machine operating skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in machine operating is preferred.
+ An auto-mechanical experience is a plus.
+ Entry-level candidates with general production and mechanical skills are welcome.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centerbrook, Connecticut.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00
