- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and control of materials used in production.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in a clean room environment.
- Familiarity with basic assembly tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Ability to work while gowned in full-body PPE
- Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a controlled temperature environment.
