**Overview** The Core Cleaner is responsible for cleaning exterior/interior of the building **Position Summary** Responsible for cleaning exterior/interior of the building, parking garage, removing debris, stocking of supplies, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuum and buffs floors, shampoo carpets, empty trash receptacles, and replace lining of trash cans. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks. Respond to business management needs in a timely and effective manner and must be flexible in performing assigned duties by supervisor. Reliability and flexibility related to work schedule. **Pay: $18.10 an hour** The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. + This position’s primary schedule and job function will take place Monday-Friday. Performs operational checks and reports needed repairs + Monitor all assigned areas for cleanliness and perform routine preventative inspections to address areas in need of attention + Set out rain mats on rainy days along with Wet Floor signs + Perform high and low detail dusting + Monitor and maintain escalators and elevator cabs, including floors + Wipe down counter tops and clean any spills, as needed + Clean restrooms and locker rooms + Check dispensers for supplies and refill as needed + Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift + Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors + Sweep, vacuum and mop floors as needed + Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 45 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than five (5) hours per day + Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme/cold temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises + Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations + Perform other duties as assigned **Minimum Requirements** + Ability to work with other crew members and be able to take direction from Supervisors + Ability to work with minimal supervision + Ability to respond to work orders and on-demand requests + Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and all levels of management + Ability to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties + Previous experience preferred but not required + Perform other duties as assigned Military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.
