Requisition ID: req57034 Job Title: Cleaner CSC - Baghdad Sector: Protection and rule of law Employment Category: Regular Employment Type: Full-Time Open to Expatriates: Not Applicable Location: Baghdad, Iraq Work Arrangement: Job Description Under the supervision of the Community Center Team Leader, the cleaner is specifically responsible for day-to-day office cleaning as well as maintenance requirements, performing a wide range of admin and facilities activities and support to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Major Responsibilities: · Sweep the floors and stairs every morning (taking care not to damage electrical equipment on the floor such as UPS, electrical wire etc). · Wash the floors, stairs, and other areas thoroughly. · Dust the desks, walls and cupboards every day (taking care not to damage office equipment on the dusted areas); · Clean the office sinks, toilets, and other rooms once a day. · Clear and dispose of the rubbish from the office. · Always keep the kitchen clean, including cleaning the inside of the fridge once per week. · Preparing hot drinks for IRC staff and visitors as needed. + Inform the line manager of any repairs or replacements required of maintenance equipment. + Monthly planning of procurement of all cleaning items to be submitted to the line manager (e.g. cleaning fluid, garbage bags, soap, toilet paper etc); + Movement of furniture among the offices. + Other duties as assigned. Key Working Relationships: Position Reports to: Community center team leader Position technically supervised by: Admin / Supply Chain officer Qualifications + One year work experience in working with INGO. + Good interpersonal and time management skills Total benefits: + Salary range: (1,008,000-1,512,000) Iraqi Dinars, based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity and budget as well as calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements. + 13thmonth salary per year. + 21 days of leave and 15 days of paid holidays per year. + IRC provides health insurance for staff and their dependents.
