You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities:

Clean, and maintain designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areasDust, and polish surfaces, including furniture, and fixturesVacuum, and mop floors, and dispose of trash, and recyclablesMonitor, and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletriesReport maintenance, and repair need to appropriate personnelFollow all health, and safety guidelines, including the use of protective equipment, and safe handling of hazardous substancesMaintain a high standard of cleanliness, and tidiness at all timesPerform ad hoc cleaning task as required

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a cleaner or in similar positionKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methodsStrong attention to detail, with ability to identify, and address cleaning needsAbility to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the taskExcellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyGood communication skills, with the ability to report maintenance, and repair needs to appropriate personnelPhysical stamina, and strength, with the ability to lift, and move heavy objects when necessaryKnowledge of health, and safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment, and handling of hazardous substancesCommitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and tidiness at all times

Work Schedule:

3rd shifts (11pm - 7am)Will be assigned to an specific shift once you start

Payrate:

$21.76 per hour. After 16 months, the candidates can go to top pay which has a range of $31 - $32 per hourShift differential for 2nd, and 3rd shift
