Cleaning Staff JobID: 1235 + Position Type: OPERATIONS/ CLEANING STAFF + Date Posted: 8/24/2022 + Location: Schnecksville, PA    Position Definition: TheCleaning Staffshall be responsible for all cleaning activities for CLIU #21 office locations. Relationship: TheCleaning Staffshall be directly responsible to the Operations Manager. Qualifications: Education/Experience: + Experience in all aspects of cleaning buildings. + High school diploma or GED, preferred. Skills/Knowledge: + Demonstrates the ability to understand and follow written instructions, work orders, and schedules. + Demonstrates the ability to exercise good judgment. + Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment. + Demonstrates the ability to maintain complete confidentiality. + Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated by patience, understanding, and congeniality. + Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills. + Demonstrates the ability to organize, plan, and manage job responsibilities in order to complete assignments with minimal supervision. + Demonstrates the ability to complete tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. + Attends work regularly at assigned work hours subject to lawful leave rights and responsibilities. Physical: + Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, lift, reach, communicate (vision, hearing, and speech), and convey sufficient weight to safely and effectively carry out functions, duties, and responsibilities. + Ability to operate cleaning equipment. + Ability to independently ambulate in and around work locations. + Ability to travel to and from assigned work locations without employer support. + Ability to exhibit good manual dexterity to effectively carry out functions, duties, and responsibilities. Authority: TheCleaning Staffwill have the authority to perform all functions listed below in accordance with established policies and procedures. Functions/Duties/Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function/duty/responsibility at acceptable standards. Essential: + Cleans CLIU #21 office locations, including, but not limited to, rest rooms, floors, offices, conference rooms, kitchen areas, lobby, loading dock, and all-purpose room. + Disposes of all trash and recycling into dumpsters. + Works with the Operations Manager on semi-annual building cleaning projects. + Responsible for building security after building staff leaves the premises. Secondary: + Makes coffee for groups and cleans up when finished. + Assists visitors who are using the facility in the evening. + This Job Description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
