Responsibilities: • Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other areas of the property according to established cleaning procedures. • Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required. • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. • Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections. • Notify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues that require attention. • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Other duties as assigned.
